Vacation for all!
Well, we just got back from our annual vacation this evening. Now, this is not a family vacation, but a spousal vacation. That means that Rick and I have a week to ourselves...to renew our marriage, our passion, our energy, our minds, and our focus. This year we went to San Simeon, San Francisco, and Napa. The majority of our trip was spent in San Francisco though, where we enjoyed Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square, SFMOMA, city streets, water views, magnificent bridges, and a great hotel.
Now, if you wonder what happened to our precious kids, Nana was here to save the week. We are afforded this great annual vacation because of the annual Nana Camp that is directed by this amazing woman. Nana Wood spent seven days with four kids under six years of age and did arts, cooking, projects, crafts, painting, water games, and jolly jumps. The cousins and siblings had an awesome time and are already looking forward to next year. Thank you, Nana!
